This PR contains a number of changes:

• Compatibility with recent changes to the MWA ASVO API
• Support for /astro jobs as well as the new Acacia object storage system
• Added Dockerfile
• Added codecov report workflow
• Updated docs
• Added a retry to Acacia downloads, so that it will backoff and retry if Acacia drops the connection.
