Antennas and rfinputs vectors not sorted consistently in VoltageContext #25

Antenna are a correlator concept as the VoltageContext deals only with rfinputs and they are, for legacy VCS in an order which means the X and Y rfinput for an antenna are not contiguous. In addition nothing in the VoltageContext use case will have any use for an "antenna". Proposal is to leave antenna in MetafitsContext but will be a zero length vector for VCS use cases.
