On startup, delete any *.tmp files in /visdata/incoming before startup #14

Otherwise it will stop startup saying the data dirs are not empty!

Resolved by mwax_tools commit (https://github.com/MWATelescope/mwax_tools/commit/2a848751837ba5709705a188acb7fe3e4b43b4f3)
