HTML5? #124

Any thoughts on generating HTML5 rather than HTML4? Maybe as a configurable option?

There can't be that many people still needing to support IE8 and below.

We may do this as part of the inevitable push to support Bootstrap 4. In the meantime feel free to make a pull request; we'd be glad of the assistance!
