Removed php_markdown dependency and added a grunt task to generate the documentation from README.md instead.

Looks good to me, happy for it to be merged.

I think the new workflow of running the grunt task is a good idea.

Although can we get new lines added to the end of files that have them missing

@filipstefansson please see the screenshot below. image If you look at the end of the file there is the red carriage line symbol; this means that there is a new line missing from the end of the file. By adding an carriage return at the end of files it makes it easier to work with the command line git client.
