Dragon Eggs are transmutable if you drop them onto a non-solid block #238

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Grab any egg
  2. Drop it onto a block that will break it when it turns into a falling block
  3. Somehow the dragon egg is now a different egg, it's not keeping NBT data and is instead randomized?

Description of issue: "Dragon eggs change state upon being broken as a fallen block"
