Opening Inventory in Creative Mode on a Server Crashed the Game #259

I'm using a JEI mod on 1.21.1 Java Version of Minecraft with Forge as the mod loader, I found out that only the Normal Dragon Egg and Aether Dragon Egg is available, is it possible that the cause of people crashed out of the game due to the lack of other version of the egg ? As the error log that I get is this "net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.registryAccess()" because "server" is null. Sorry for the redundant issue!
