Various fixes/style changes:

Use non relative includes
Fix RSSI function
Implement get_gateway and get_netmask
FIx spacing

ATParser:

Port the driver to use the stock ATParser implementation -- https://github.com/armmbed/ATParser.
Note This chip requires that there is a different delimiter for sending and receiving. The current library does not support this, so I have forked ATParser and implemented this functionality. For now, this driver will reference my fork, but that will change when these changes get merged upstream.
