Improved predictions for red wine quality

Hi @MYCIN-AI-Club, I have added a Python notebook with improved prediction models for the red wine quality dataset.

• Removed duplicate rows
• Performed EDA and removed unnecessary columns
• Removed outliers
• Trained four models
  1. Decision Tree - 83%
  2. Random Forest - 83%
  3. K-NN - 84%
  4. SVM - 84.5%
