RE: 2023-12-07 comment in GoogleDoc, @MaC-Perez not able to get program to run

Causes:

Entries for year to apply M and otherFood multipliers in .dat file were less than Nyrs
Missing entries for ln_fishery_q in the pin file

Fixed in commit f480607.
