Add second survey to the data set being used to condition the operating model, to better inform the model dynamics.

@gavinfay I am using the second survey just in the diet comps data, but If I add the data as it is in the ts.dat file, I will have 2 surveys in the compositions, right? So I should have 2 plots for each species

If you are not adding the diet data from fall as a separate survey, just assuming it is additional data from spring, then the thing to do would be to change the appropriate index column for those data (because there is only one survey).
