Dump truck getting unreachable job while there are plenty of regular trucks that can do it #1232

Issue description

I have this storage which is easily accessible by regular trucks, but not by dump trucks. Dump trucks should probably not get stuck on inaccessible jobs while there's plenty of regular trucks to do the job.

Reproduction steps

  1. Build a loose storage with 3-4 wide access.
  2. Have multiple regular trucks and at least one unassigned truck
  3. Give the storage export condition and leave the dump truck hanging around
  4. The dump truck will eventually pick the job, but will be unable to get it done.

Really would be nice if this was fixed. Since the Developers have this information in the game based on the view as shown in the above pictuires, is it really that hard to fix?

How the trucks and excavators move (pathfinding) has been broken since release and in spite of reponses otherwise from the Developers they are still (extremely) broken. This is a main feature of the game and should be Priority 1.
