Missing Labels #1252

Issue description

I am currently unable to see the labels that used to appear when hovering over the locked icon in blueprints and also when hovering over explore buttons on the world map. Video is at 2x times.

Reproduction steps

1.Open blueprints. 2.Hover mouse over lock icon.

v0.5.4g (bs44)

Does this happen everytime or just sometimes? Can you please attach logs?

Ok, so it only happened yesterday, so far but I'll attach yesterday's logs anyway.
