Silicon and Electronics II #1285

Issue description

In research there is "Silicon and Electronics II", there has not been a Silicone and Elecronics 1.

Reproduction steps

Check in Research for Silicon and Electronics, it is marked "II"

This appears to be 'By Design'. It seems all buildings that have multiple levels do this. As for "Silicon & electronics II", The 'II' should be removed.

I also prefer normal numbers such as 1,2,3. Most of us are not Roman. :) For the Electronics, it should be: Electronics 1, Electronics 2, and Electronics 3.
