Tree Harvester, Floating duplicated tree segments #1431

Issue description

While tree harvester is holding a tree for trimming or waiting to load a truck, a segment of the tree gets duplicated several layers higher.

Load attached Save. Watch tree harvester.

I have loaded the game several times since reporting this. Initially closing the game and reloading it didn't help, the issue persisted.

After a full system shut down and restart I have been unable to reproduce the bug.
