Cargo ship continue to trade Crude Oil even if not contract is assigned. #1474

Issue description

Trade Vehicle Part 2 for Crude oil even after not loading vehicle part 2 on the Unit Module but the ship are keep on bringing the crude oil

Reproduction steps

  1. initiate a trade Vehicle part 2 for Oil
  2. Once the Oil is recived
  3. unassign the trade from the module unit(M)
  4. the ships will keep on trading and brining Oil even after the trade is unassigned

HI, It's not a bug. A ship without an assigned contract, is going to the oil platform for oil. No trade is taking place. Ship Capacity 1320 (Image 0006), Oil Platform (Image 0007) . If the port does not have an assigned contract, it will import oil.

2928 (Platform) - 1320 (Ship) = 1608.
