FLIP hotkey F not work with PIPEs/BELTs/CONVEYORs like with BUILDINGS #1480

Issue description

Flip hotkey behavior not consistent.

Reproduction steps

  1. Place any building.
  2. Place any pipe/belt/conveyor not connected to anything.
  3. Move mouse cursor over building and press hotkey F --> flip building.
  4. Move mouse cursor over pipe/belt/conveyor and press hotkey F --> does nothing. Why not flip direction? By logic it's must work.

It's very annoying to click on every pipe/belt/conveyor part to flip direction.

👍 this is a really good idea. letting 'F' button flip the pipe/belt is a logical and intuitive solution.
