Chemical formulae do not add up #1554

Issue description

Electrolyzing H2O gives incorrect gas balances on completion - the product yields 2 H2 and 4 O2 in fact the correct output is 2H2O -> 2H2 + O2. The recipe 1 H2O -> 4O2 + 2H2 is not possible - anywhere in the universe. To achieve 4 O2 output would require 8 H2O yielding 4*2 H2 and 4 O2 -> 8 H2 + 4 O2.

Electrolysis of Ammonia gives incorrect gas balances on completion - the recipe give 4 NH3 -> 8 N2 + 4 H2. In fact electrolyzing 4 NH3 -> 4(3/2) H2 + 4(1/2) N2 -> 6 H2 + 2 N2.

Reproduction steps

This is an error inf recipe and should be corrected for "realism".

Someone has already written about it. This is a game, not a chemistry textbook. If you really find fault, then you can't get rubber from diesel fuel and coal, diesel fuel from methane and oxygen, cement only from limestone, etc.

Why cannot make rubber from eggs? I've done it at home. :(
