Issue description

After the Wastewater Treatment research:

Filter Media should appear after the Wastewater Treatment II research:

Toxic Slurry should appear after the Uranium Enrichment or Gold Smelting research:

I can confirm, the Toxic slurry recipe is available since the Wastewater treatment unlocked.

I can only guess where this is coming from. I'm not sure now, but it might be possible to obtain Filter media via trade or exploration (not being there right now to check) and since Toxic Slurry treatment is needed in two different recipes (and it's probably impossible to unlock the same thing via two kinds of research), this might be a workaround.
