Maintenance depot 1 recepes changes needed

Issue description

Seem to me that maintenance recipes is wrong.: Possibilities (1) is: 8 Mech Parts + 4 Elec --> 20s --> 160 Maintenance 1 Possibilities (2) is: 8 Mech Parts + 4 Elec --> 20s --> 160 Maintenance 1 ( same production ratio ) AND 6 Recyclables (3)

In order to spice the game, Possibility 2 could be change in both way, like: 8 Mech Parts + 4 Elec --> 20s --> 150 Maintenance 1 ( LESS production ratio ) AND 6 Recyclables. HARDER. OR 8 Mech Parts + 4 Elec --> 20s --> 170 Maintenance 1 ( MORE production ratio ) AND 6 Recyclables. EASIER.

Having to deal with the recyclabes needs more buildings, workers and energy, but with the actual recipes you dont get any rewards, just hassles.

Meaning for me, why should I ever use the possibility number 2 ??? I get no rewards.

This goes for the other tiers Maintenance depot 2 / 3

your alternative to possibility 2 doesn't make sense: why would I use the 150 recipe? also, there are quite a few text clipping glitches in high ui scale (and probably tons in non-english translations).

IMO, the building should produce waste if the recyclables aren't used. also, it's strange that the waste sorting facility (which inputs recyclables, not waste) should output waste depending on its efficiency.

I almost never do recycling in early-game (cause like you said, it requires a lot of workers, power and cp3) -- but later on, once I have enough resources, recycling is fine (it causes slightly less pollution and slag output) -- though I do agree there really isn't any reward to recycling and is mostly just a hassle (just like real-life)...

also, recycling requires unity (ie, belief) not technology to separate the materials from the recyclables -- which is a bit weird. I can understand using belief to insta-build stuff, but it doesn't make much sense for separation of elements.

(in the future though, it's quite likely that we'll be able to separate atoms out of waste by using the resonant frequency of the atom as an attractor -- and the same process could also be used to 3d print molecules and structures moving individual atoms around -- but that's likely a ways off.)
