Trash is being stored in Dock yard and not taken to dump zone #287

Describe the issue My trucks are taking the waste from the housing waste and taking it to the dock yard. I have turned on "keep empty" on my dock to tray and make them empty it but the trucks are picking it up and placing it straight back in the dock, some are stuck in a pick up dump loop at the dock yard,

Expected behavior To take the waste to a dumping location or to mine dedicated dump site

This issue has been fixed and trucks no longer deliver waste to the shipyard. But there is another interesting situation happening which is that trucks are slowly one by one loading trash until all of them get full and stuck. This is because dumping designations exist but they are not pathable. image
