I have a single input to a L3 (steel) warehouse, and 2 outputs, both L2 flat conveyors.
As the steel enters the warehouse, which isn't full, it passes straight out on to the L2 conveyors, but the output is not equal. If 8 steel goes in, the output is split into, for example, 6 steel to 1 conveyor and 2 steel to the other conveyor.
Expected behavior
A 50/50 split of steel between the output conveyors.
