Consider updating notification on entity name change #904

Issue description

Notification of Mine control tower not having mining designation in its area are grouped together instead of being individual and using the custom tower name

Expected behavior

The notification should be individualized and use the tower's custom name like the other notifications

Reproduction steps

Assign a tower a custom name and don't give a mining designation in its area

Game version

v0.4.12e

They are parametrized, you have just renamed the tower after you've got the notification.
