Merge request to implement the reorganization of project, changes done:

[x] Split FF8 into Core and OpenGL
[x] Created testing project
[x] Added NUnit(3) and NUnitTestAdapter(3) as nuget package to testing
[x] Implemented basic tests (ArchiveWorker, Kernel_bin)
[x] Changed namespace from FF8 to OpenVIII
[x] Changed solution name from FF8 to OpenVIII
[x] Set proper build-path per configuration
[x] Set proper project configurations for debug/release/architecture settings
