Music is now playable but there are many issues:
[ ] Implement loops - fairly easy to do
[ ] WAVE samples are not played
[ ] Tweak Attack/Hold/Delay/Release for each instruments correctly
[ ] Implement time signatures- you can hear it's lack in 'landing' or 'antena'
[ ] Investigate 'lose' rising absolute volume- where's the info for this?
