I think it would be beneficial to write down the actual state of the project somewhere (in the wiki maybe?) - I know there are progress inidicators on the readme-markdown-file but Im talking about the technical level (which features are currently worked, who works on these features, what is currently not covered by this project (like AI, Dialogs, Item-Handling, Shop-Systems, etc.), etc.
In order to visualize the current state, there should be 1-2-3 small screenshots of the application within the readme (thats how most of these projects handle it) - especially at this stage in the project, there is already a lot to show off, I guess people'd pretty much like it.
Another thing which would be beneficial for the project we're some dedicated people or some dedicated place for this project, like a discord-chanell or something for example - people could join this place in order to ask questions, or help themselves by looking at the history (maybe someone already asked question x and y already?).
I know there is a discord-channel from the qhimm-forums, maybe this channel should be put into the readme of this project?
