Author deduplication

• [ ] merge authors with same identifiers
• [ ] for authors without common identifiers: query wikidata for identifiers to merge on

Authors with same zbMATH identifier are being merged. The different spellings of the Author's name are saved in the alias field. So far 10000 out of ~150000 duplicates have been merged.
