[Epic][Draft] Wikibase Data Ingestor

Epic description in words: Document the process of creating mathematical entities in Wikibase based a concrete use case, i.e. scientific workflows.

Preliminary feature ideas:

• Identify items and properties already existing in Wikidata that can be reused to create scientific workflow entities.
• Define new necessary items and properties.
• Create the new supporting items/properties in Wikidata and import them to the portal
• Support the integration of existing RDMO-Plugin with WikibaseIntegrator to: 1) create Wikibase Entities 2) Create mediawiki description page.
• Insert link from each workflow wikibase entity to the workflow mediawiki page.
• Document exemplary SPARQL queries around the new scientific workflow data.
