Integrate "Mapping between zbMATH Open identifiers, DOIs and ORCIDs" with Wikidata

The dataset is available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7378860 and should be mapped to and from Wikidata.

TODOS:

• for each zbMATH Open identifier, DOI and ORCID in the dataset
  • search for a matching Wikidata entry
  • add Wikidata identifier to new version of the dataset
  • add missing identifiers to Wikidata
  • deduplicate as appropriate

Considered Alternatives:

• The dataset could be used in other ways, which are out of scope for this ticket.
