Changes:

adding the encoding utf-8 to the python code of data convertion
adjusting the xslt for software metadata to be suitable for codemeta requirements and also for software heritage deposit
writing the changes also in the test result codemeta.xml
extracting the metadata for additional software to have another sample of our metadata in xml and json format

Arg, no you did undo preview changes. Please fix the tests and only change the things that are different
