It's not exactly the same as in the old API:

old:

<zbmath:time>2015-01-06T13:15:02Z</zbmath:time>

new: 

<zbmath:time>2015-01-06 14:15:02</zbmath:time>

It's almost fixed. All what needs to be done is replace 0001-01-01T00:00:00Z with 0001-01-01T00:00:00.
