Issue description:

the creators given and family name and also the name property as personal will be derived from the name node and then adding the nameIdentifierScheme and url also to this section selecting the code node as zbMATH author code as well

TODOS:

Replace value with the "Lastname, Firstname" value that the givenName and familyName elements are derived from. Move this zbMATH Author ID into a nameIdentifier element
