editing the relatedItem section #68

Issue description: while many nodes from our metadata of the main object must be in the relatedItem nodes it should be added there , however it is at the end of the relatedItems

TODOS:

moving this section to the relatedItems with the consideration that it does not belong to the references , therefore it has its own relatedItem node with its own identifier and informattion .
