creating a relatedIdentifiers node #70

Issue description:

the identifiers of the references in the articles should be in its own section relatedIdentifiers

TODOS:

Creating a node called relatedIdentifiers and adding them their with the subproperties and also mentioning them in the relatedItem as relatedItemIdentifier .
