NoBECCS as core assumptions - H to send 5-yearly budgets
Hannah to send updated DC demand projections (4, based on Eirgrid and a super-low - add 2025 data point - DC-high, DC-low, DC-vlow)

I'll use table 1 from GCS 2022. It will look like this:

Scenario	2022, MVA	2031, MVA
Low	600	1025
Medium	600	1491
High	600	1995

@daly-h I don't seem to be able to find the high price projections. @ankitagaur93 where should I be looking? 🤔

b473030f3dd4ca5e077489f182c69216ff389222 includes all of the scenarios except for the high price one. @daly-h 5-year budgets past 2030 are not yet in.
