Removing configuration from repository #2

Currently, the configuration is stored in config.php, a file that is syncronized in the Git repository. The problem is that modifying this file to configure the app on the deployment server creates a difference with the central repository.

The idea is replace config.php with a generic config.php.sample that the user copies and adapt to their needs.
