Display the liste of candidates as a table on admin side #22

The current layout takes up quite some space, a table with thick rows would be handy.

For now, the filters help to reduce the number of candidates, so not urgent.

We also may apply this idea to the public list? No? Why not? :)

I may be able to do it, since it's mainly HTML/CSS.

Pour la récupérer proprement sur ton PC :
