As shown in the picture, the next appointment shows none whent here still has one appointment.

Team's Response

Next appointment is supposed to show the appointment(s) AFTER the current time, not all appointments.

As we allow appointments in the past to still be stored (for record keeping purposes), the appointments count can still be >0, even though there are no upcoming appointments!

Hence, this bug is not valid.
