Can't Save, Publish or Run #42

Was quite excited having installed the extension. Connected fine and displayed Runbooks. Was able to open these. Unfortunately, thats as far I got. There didn't appear to be any extension to the UI for Save, Publish or Run. The standard Save, did not translate to saving in Azure.

VSCode details:

Hi @gjhardie

Sorry for the lack of response on this matter.

The intended use is the Command Pallette (Ctrl+Shift+P) - use this and type in 'Azure Automation' , this will show all the available functionality for this extension. Sorry if this was not clear enough - any feedback on how this could be improved will be appreciated.
