- [x] move all static translations to a separate json file
- [x] replace static translations with react-i18next hooks
- [x] the language will be automatically detected in browser

/public/locales/he/translation.json@yarons - [x] update l18n config so it support the selected language saved in the
LocalStorage. (to remember local user language between sessions) - [x] the language can manually be changed in a setting popup (later release)
- [x] add a proper loading screen for suspense when loading an other language
- [x] add transition to loading screen to avoid screen flash
The resulting files can either be in i18n.js format or Gettext.
