[Docs] PYHPEIMC documentation

Try to autogenerate the PYHPEIMC documentation using pydoc to figure out what's going on. The next step would be potentially keeping the documentation (adding it to our GitHub Pages) and possible add some of our comments. The current code contains Jupyter notebooks for simulation, could be beneficial for understanding.
