Hey @Generalized , Thanks for reaching out.

Due to the unnecessarily difficult policies for publishing and maintaining packages on CRAN, I'm not gonna maintain this project anymore. I'm trying to find time despite my 9-5 work to write the port of this project in python. You can find the early version of pycvcqv.
