The latest stable release doesn't have profiles, but it already was implemented in the master branch. You can either wait until there is a new release or compile the latest git version yourself by following the instructions in the README.

Wonderful software - this little program has really saved my bacon.. Just a wondering.. I find myself using it now for A) Streaming to hitbox.tv or so and also B) for saving locally high quality videos for editing and uploading later on.
When I am doing this I need to make sure to adjust the frame rate, scaling, copy and paste the appropriate RTMP in the save as for stream and so and so.. Profiles, selectable on the beginning screen or whatever might be really nice feature to aid this.
