Enable timeshift at disabled countries #283

Is it possible to enable the dvr (or pvr or timeshift or Live playback) for the countries that the TV has this disabled (i.e. Italy, Greece)?

Maybe, but if it can be unlocked depends on the model year, I think. What TV do you have? I can see in the localized configuration of the 2023 series that DVR is indeed disabled for ITA, but not NLD for example. But at the moment I don't know how to enable this via the web api. In the service menu you could also change this, but I think it is difficult because multiple settings are masked within one input value.

On my 77C1 I was able to activate timeshift for Italy modifying the code in the service menu. As you stated, it's a single value that includes settings for a variety of things... Don't know if there's a way to decode it somehow.
