I would like to suggest that a custom remote button press be possible to be initiated by the screen saver as well. Rooted lg firmware allows me to set a program to the program memory of button 5 on the remote. I want to emulate this action, so that the passthrough audio remains while the screen is off vs off which kills the sound, it also is much faster to return to operating use vs a full power down/up.

Thanks for the request. I'll try to see if adding more trigger events are easy to implement.
