Issue persists in 10.0.0.0
Updated to check if this issue has finally been fixed, as I’ve been stuck on version 9.8 for ages. It’s still broken and the issue still isn’t acknowledged despite countless reports. Honestly, I can’t be bothered with your app anymore. Congrats on ruining a great thing.
Maybe the author doesn't experience the same issue. It seems to be affecting a lot of people who are using NVIDIA Controller with LG TVs and I think the author has moved to Samsung. He/she is just one person working on this pretty powerful app solo and for free, so some patience is needed imo.
I am on 10.0.0.1 (fresh install, first time user) with an Nvidia GPU and LG C2 and I do not experience this issue. I have 7 different Nvidia profiles setup and all of them correctly run at 120hz when I switch between them.
I've tested this as well with a Nvidia GPU and my old C9 and I had no problems switching between 60Hz and 120Hz profiles. Are any of you with problems running multiple monitors? Or maybe some scaling settings might stop certain refresh rates from working (although that will normally be the lower refresh rates, not the highest one).

I am using single monitor with No Scaling (GPU scaling). I will attempt a clean install and see what happens. Could new NVIDIA App be interfering? EDIT: I have done a clean install. I seem to be able to switch Presets now without the Refresh Rate defaulting back to 60 Hz. However, please refer to my newly opened issue because now I am no longer able to use the NVIDIA Controller to assign ICC profiles to Presets. I also am unable to rename the Preset if I Clone the Current Settings like I previously was able to do. I have to Add a new preset and set it up.
Software Version: ColorSpace 9.9.0.1
Issue Summary: Profiles which are set to 120Hz are now defaulting to 60Hz despite having the profile setting "120Hz" included.
Steps to Reproduce:
Expected Behavior: The monitor should operate at 120Hz as specified in the profile settings for each profile.
Actual Behavior: The monitor defaults to 60Hz instead of the specified 120Hz when applying any profile set to 120Hz.
System Specifications:
Additional Information: I followed the setup guide from this YouTube video meticulously to setup my monitor with ColorSpace: YouTube Guide
Please let me know if you need any further information or logs to diagnose this issue.
