Add Terms of Service and Privacy Policy #25

Added separate pages for the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and link to these apges from the login screen.

UI looks nice! Although I approve the PR, I recommend adding a backbutton on the privacy-policy and terms-of-service pages.

I will actually argue against this, because we might want to make the privacy-policy and terms-of-service available through other pages, while the back button then links back to the login page. People can always use the back button of their browser or open the link to the privacy-policy or terms-of-service in a new tab.

Good point. In that case it is good as is.
