NLP Modules and/or package creation

There are multiple NLP annotation tasks that can be incorporated into the system -

• [x] Identifying the entities in a given text (using Spacy, refined, tagme, wikidata, openai etc.)
• [x] Identifying conditions (if-then) in the statements
• [x] References
• [x] Quantity

For creating a proper python package, we'll wait a bit to evaluate the methods used and check if its reliable in the first place.
