Feature assignments table update

This PR introduces a hierarchical overview for the assignments table, grouping the assignments by either Annotators or Document. It is possible to filter by Annotator and Document name. Also it is possible to remove entries the same way as with the common Table component.

The changes do not include the planned functionality to sort by:

• name, while always showing the current user as the first row on the annotator view,
• progress on both views, due to lack of the ability to sort on aggregate functions in the current version of PostgREST of supabase.

Both these functions could currently theoretically (but are not) be implemented using Supabase's RPC function, however.

@CvdL-UM: Make sure the content in the rows (especially the ones that fold open) are aligned in the center. The pending/done tag now misaligns with the Annotate/View button and the document name/annotator email.
