I installed docker, but don't know which account can be used for login. And didn't find where can I input the commands.

Hi,

You can find instructions to access the DSRI here: https://maastrichtu-ids.github.io/dsri-documentation/docs/access-dsri

It does not require to install Docker (this is only required if you want to build and test an application locally)

If you are indeed searching for how to use Docker locally:

If you search for Docker in the documentation website you will be proposed a few different pages about Docker

There is a guide named "Publish a Docker image" which explain the different platform that can be used to publish a Docker image: https://maastrichtu-ids.github.io/dsri-documentation/docs/guide-publish-image

If you do not know at all how to use docker (where to run the docker commands, etc), feel free to follow the tutorial provided when starting Docker Desktop for the first time, it will explain better than anyone how to use Docker on your computer.

@CnatureS are you affiliated with Maastricht University? The DSRI is an internal compute cluster, only available to researchers and students at UM.

Closing this for now since it appears that you're more looking for general Docker documentations and don't have issues with DSRI.

Hi, Chris, Yes, I am using the Rstudio provided by DSRI, I don't know why the account linked to my Gmail. My Maastricht account is t.peng@maastrichtuniversity.nl . It seems that indeed I don't need to use docker. Thank you for your help! Best, Tianran
